Mark, the best thing to do is to include your lowest living expenses and state what they are for. In doing that always bear in mind that despite any exemption you may plan you are still required to provide sufficient maintenance. This will be based on the current equivalent income support levels (current at £111.45 per week of disposable income = total income minus rent/council tax/secured loans etc - remember also that your council tax will increase with an additional person living with you.)
If you will not go the exemption route then you will not need to answer that section.
