Gym

So last week i signed up at the local gym with a view to getting myself fit and muscular again lol!

I haven't been yet . . . .

lol

I used to go to the gym a few years ago, and i had some success, losing about 3 stone and getting some nice muscle going on . . . BUT

then with job stress and stuff i just left and started eating crappy foods . .. and umm about 3 years later, im still the same way!


so . . .


i need to get motivated again . . .
just thought id share my struggle my friends!

hubby and i are on&off gym goers...to motivate each other we always set a GOAL like looking fit for a planned holiday...it's a good idea to reward yourself after doing all the hard work. wish you luck on your gym work!!!

I joined a gym a year or so ago, went several times for a latte and sauna! and yes Mitch looks beautiful (he says going very red! lol).
