I've said this on here before... and I'll keep saying it till I'm "blue in the face"
... if government ministers were to devise some sort of financial incentive to encourage mothers to *stay at home caring for their offspring - until the latter reached at least their upper school years - instead of reducing the [eventual] pension rights of those women who've opted *to do so in order to cater for their children's welfare ... then this country would be in a better state.
