UKBA Inquiry Response

MyY wifes residency permit has just been hand delivered this morning 9 1/2 months after our application was submitted. Strangely enough I just e mailed my MP once again last night complaining about the atrocious service by the UKBA so have had to e mail him and tell him not to bother enquiring again. Nevertheless questions still need to be asked in the House as to why genuine applicants are being treated in such an appaling manner particularly when the applications are not State funded. Have u heard anything Rayna as your application was several week before ours ?
