Help with work Visa

Can anyone tell me how I go about getting 2 staff visa's to work in UK(to start with), I have the jobs for them (UK staff do not want the job, as with it you move around the UK a lot, so there never at home) I have been over there a few times and a good mate over there was looking for a job, but now can not make it, but put 2 friends forward for the job, but how do I/they go about getting a visa and what do I need to do as there boss to prove I have the job for them (is a Ltd company)

chances of not getting a work permit are 100%, chances of getting 0 !
because if its not on the skills sohrtage list, then any british or european worker could do the job..

thanks for your help, but I grab anyone that can do the job, where ever there from, but find as I said so few want to live on the road (so to speek) and it has to be said UK people just do not want to work, and that go's for my own blood. So why not offer it to a mate from the PI. Anyway thanks again.
