    Entry Clearance Manager

    does ECM normally dont answer emails? I keep demanding for an explanation but never get any response aside from acknowledging receipt of emails only

    I thought you had already entered into the formal appeals process?

    yes I did and the appeal already been sent back to the embassy last Aug 14, same day it arrives with jehzroblenida's

    I think you'll find that the appeals process itself has very clear lines of communication.
    I would very much doubt that the ECM would be permitted to communicate with you on your appeal outside of established protocols.

    Travina ... I haven't contributed much to your various threads - apart from welcoming you here at the beginning of July - but, as one who's not entirely familiar with the Appeals procedure, there wasn't really a great deal I could offer in the way of help.

    Nevertheless, I share your disappointment at the precious little headway made since then ... because, like you, I would've thought you might've received at least some feedback.

    Having said that, with Terpe's explanation regarding what appear to be the official lines of communication.
