I think you might be right.....China has agreed to settle this with the UN ruling as they know that Japan can and will fight back.
But regarding the Philippines China will not allow the dispute go to the UN for ruling as they know Philippines can't fight back.
We are living in a powder keg here in PI.....and we need all the support from your Royal Navy....PLEASE GET HERE ASAP
