The key word there Rusty is SHOULD be judged. Anyway my wife is not coming without our daughter. I think that is stupid. It seems we are not treated as individuals when we are applying for a visa..Why would my wife overstay and put her spouse visa in jeopardy.? Thanks for your reply.
