i still think your wrong about the ban..

UKIP’s policy is merely a freeze on permanent settlement. We propose a work permit scheme, where immigrants are able to come to the UK to work if companies need them via work permits. The result is that while under UKIP permanent settlement may fall, temporary settlement and those coming here on work permits are likely to rise

British spouse or intended spouse will only be granted right of entry to the UK,
if they can speak fluent English, and are at least 24 years of age 24, i doubt that will last long
