About to move to York soon, and would like to meet friendly Filipinos

I'm a Filipino mother of 2 and will be moving to York very soon. I have lived in the southwest of England before (Devon & Cornwall) for about 6 years and was not fortunate enough to find other Filipinos. I thought this time I'll do it right, so I'm proactively seeking friendly pinoys in the area and online.

I'm married to a Brit, and already have a British passport. It will be the first time for my youngest, aged 4, to be in the UK as she was born in Manila, where I am originally from. My eldest, aged 8, is just excited to be back (he was born in Cornwall).

hi lucille ,there are quite a few members here from mindanao or who have partners from there, ive been to mindanao several times but havent been to siargao yet -have a friend from los angeles that got married to a filipina from siargao last year

My name is JJ, I am new in UK.I just got married this month with a good Englishman. I live in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The very first thing I've noticed was I don't see any Filipinos in this area which is kind of sad ..it would be nice to find someone with common ground and knows a lot around here.

I'm just wondering..does anyone of you know where I can send a cargo to Philippines via sea freight near where I live? like in York or Leeds perhaps?

Hi JJ. I'm about to move to York which should be near Harrogate as it's supposed to be in North Yorkshire too (I haven't checked the map). I'm a bit discouraged when you said ýou don't see any pinoys around. Maybe we can start finding them???

Sorry I dunno about cargos and info around the area. I will actually need those info too eventually, so I hope we can keep in touch.
