Hi Joannet.
If you are getting married in the Philippines your fiance needs to obtain local CNI (certificate of legal capacity) from the British Embassy. It's quite a simple process and your Fiance can arrange an appointment by email before he arrives. It's all sorted on the same day.

I have heard of this before but would not recommend it, as it could cause difficulties further down the line. Do things the right way to avoid headaches in the future![]()
