See today's "Times" - well, yesterdays by the time people read this. Can't link to their site due to Murdoch paywall. The scandal is huge - far beyond Rotherham. It involved hundreds of underage girls, mostly "in care" (what care?)

Well, Arthur, a balls up is usually involuntary and the result of incompetence, but these two seem to have known what they were about, so worse than a balls up, I reckon.
