Don't celebrate till their in the air. I dare say there is a team of lawyers paid for by us scouring the Law books as we speak trying to find a loophole.

Unfortunately you are probably right Marco - it's too much to hope that they are gagged, hooded and manacled in the back of a Hercules leaving Lyneham this morning

I like to imagine a welcoming party at the Super Max comprising of brutal guards ready with fists, boots and batons

... such as for being allowed to claim what SHOULD be OUR basic human - as well as legal - right ... namely, the RIGHT to bring our lawfully-wedded spouses to the the country in which WE were born and bred and, moreover, contributed handsomely to what is reputed to be one of the most iniquitously hefty taxation systems known to the western world.

But no ... instead, legal aid is dished-out freely to dangerous foreign toerags who've NO RIGHT be here in the first place!

Totally Sickening yet totally predictable. We are pathetic in ways. Plane should have been fuelled and ready to fly the other day. The moment the judges gave the thumbs up on with the hood and the cuffs and off he goes.
his human rights I wish somebody in power would just grow a pair. I disliked Thatcher immensely but you cant help thinking he'd have been long gone if she was in charge.

human rights, legal aid, just a very large money pit,if he was not in the western world i wonder if all this would be happening, what ever happened to that young man who hacked into Americas defence system, and they wanted him over there very quick, i am sure he had to go,because this goverment said he has to, may be wrong though

Seems that the money grabbing lawyer who represents him has no scruples and certainly no loyalty to this country representing a toe rag like hamza. He should have been straight down to Mildenhall and put on the first USAF plane out of this country, waved goodbye and hoping he was gonna have a nice day !

According to the Lord Chief Justice this is solely down to the courts in Strasbourg. British Justice finished with him after his final appeal here in 2007.
