The lady on the other line told me that they haven't got any advise yet on when this would happen. She said PROBABLY EARLY NEXT YEAR, but as of now, they don't know yet. There are no new books and other publications yet, too. But based on TSO Shop's Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/lifeintheuktest, who makes the official books and publications used in Life in the UK, the new Handbook for the test is expected this Winter 2012.
Its the same word the lady told me in our local test center.
