Hello to everybody. I would like to ask an advice regarding my evidence of accommodation because the house of my husband is still with the name of his ex partner. They been separated for more than 2 years now and they want to sell the house but until now, their house is not yet sold. My husband is now settling the money to pay his ex partner but he will borrow money in the bank. I need to submit asap for my evidence of accommodation and my husband said that he don't know how long it will take to process it in order that his house will be in his name. He said that he will do a letter to the entry clearance officer that he's been separated to his ex partner for more than 2 years now and his ex partner is already living in different house and they are still in the process of settling his properties with his ex partner. Is this be ok?
