    Question about the appeal form?

I am in the middle of this whole appeal but I don't know if I put myself down as the sponsor and the representative in the appeal form if we do not have a legal Representative?

Like do I fill out both parts with my name and address for both the representative and the sponsor?

    Any help will be appreciated!!

AT the time we filled it in I put myself down as both. Although we appointed another representative later.
    Good luck

Thanks, our lawyer made some mistakes and going to have to fill it all in myself. On the grounds to appeal our lawyer wrote

The appellant appeals under Section 82 (2)(b), Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (NIA2002) against refusal of entry clearance as spouse of a person present and settled in the United Kingdom.

I am just wondering if it should not be "as Fiance of" not "as spouse of"? As she is not my Spouse but my Fiancee. Please let me know if anyone knows.

Think I agree with you. Does your lawyer specialise in immigration.

Urgent question as UPS soon to pick up appeal but on the appeal form it asks "have you appealed against any other immigration decision in the United Kingdom or overseas"

Well my Fiance applied for an Administrative Review request after her second visit visa refusal. Would that mean we answer "yes" or "no" to "have you appealed against any other immigration decision in the United Kingdom or overseas"? Im not sure if an Administrative Review is the same as an appeal?

    Thanks again so much!!!
