my sister reside in uk,and in fact they already british citizen,,i would like to ask if they can help me to absorb as my employer in uk..pls,,advice me for what to do..what necessary papers shld i present here to process my papers...pls help...thanks

I really think there is no chances of getting to the uk this way. There are clear guidelines as to what specific trades or skills that are needed to gain entry, so unless you meet one of these you will not get here.
There are so many people from eastern europe in the UK that will do anything to stay there, so there are never any shortages of either nanies or domestic workers.
