What I did, 1. went to the post office asked for the application form for provisional driving licence, then I filled it all with my details- then attached my picture on it.
2. Sent the form and my documents such as (Philippine passport; BRP; and the postal money order of £50) to DVLA swansea. Also you need to include the self-addressed envelope for your documents to be return safely.
I waited for 2 weeks then I got my provisional driving licence together with my documents.
And so my husband booked a driving lesson for me in AA for 19hrs- and I am now having my lesson every friday.
phew ..non-stop expenses eh? but we gotta do this for our own sake. GOOD LUCK to us..
