Maybe, if you are staying in Manila, you may want to check Corregidor Island which is 45 minutes by cruise and you can opt to stay in the island for a night. Fare is around 2000 if you will choose a to come back in the afternoon.(lunch included)
December, it will be a combination of warm and cold weather here in manila.
