thanks for the reply rhaichard,,,yes,it's already on my list to include my old passport.I'm only the dependant,no kids yet,so he only needs to show 18,600 minimum annual gross income.
Didn't u pass any docs for proof of relationship when u applied like chat logs, emails or screen shots?

Guys, how about our sponsor letter?what can u say on it,you think it's not long writing with lots of unnecessarily info's?do we need to cut some ?is it ok that we'll just put subtitles before the paragraphs so they can see quickly which portion they want to read and know?

    thanks advance

Me and my wife are going to submit our documents at around the same time. My supporting documents are almost identical to yours but I kept my letter much shorter (I don't know if thats a good thing or not), but at least you gave each section a title so they can decide wethe or not they want to read it.
I haven't signed my passport copy, but I did getit certified by a solicitor (as well as drivers licence copy and house deeds).
    I wish you good luck.

Guess almost all docs to be passed are almost same with what others too esp if it same kind of visa to apply,so no wonder it's almost identical....we tried to do more edit of our letter to make it shorter, but since still bit long so that's why we decided to put titles above each paragraph.I think as long as you put all the necessary details and additional info/explanation that you think it helps to understand the situation more by the ECO,there's nothing wrong with it.Been one year since his last visit here,so we just feel that we have to fill in the holes that ECO might see or think negatively....
Are you on mortgage house Ian?did you get just an email copy from land registrar as well then you let it certified by solicitor?
Thank you Ian,,you too and to your wifey wishing/praying for positive result as well
be positive, everything is gonna be ok

My house is mortgaged but all title deeds are kept electronically now and you need to get them from here: http://www.landregistry.gov.uk/ The mortgage lenders nolonger keep a paper copy. You have to pay a small fee to get a copy (about 6 quid I think) and then you can get it certified by a solicitor (not sure if this is nececary but better safe than sorry)
