Sadly there's no way she can come to the UK solely for work.
Especially in any job that can be filled by applicants from within UK or Europe.

I think you'll have to consider changing her title from girlfriend to Wife for her to come.

s ... either wife or fiancee - depending on how long they've "known" one another - given how difficult it can be to secure even a short-term visa for a visitor.

its a long road we all have travelled, so if that is what you are wanting, and lots on here will say, its worth the walk, then the only way is putting that ring on her finger, to do that you both have to be comitted to each other 100%
