Under the 'old rules' the granting of FLR will allow you to remain for 24 months.. At this time the holder can apply for ILR
So does it mean if ever i was granted an FLR they will allow me to remain for 30 months now instead of just 2 years and and we would need to wait 5 years (60 months) now before we could be acquire an ILR? As I know, before then it was just 2 years of waiting before you could be granted an ILR Am I right? It seems I am not up-to-date with the new rules
