online visa application error

Hi,
I been trying to apply online visa application for my sister but after i finished her occupation info. when i move to the next page it says we are sorry but we cannot continue with your application at present. This is because the error has been detected during the processing of your application.....I have no clue whats going on i have been trying 5 times now but still the same...Any idea or advice what going here? thanks

1. What was the problem? and how did you sort it?
2. I've done quite a few family visit visa's and have not supplied photo's, just relied on a description of the house and who's living there.
Having said that, there's no harm to supply such photo's. Every little helps.
The real key evidence comes down to financial support and reasons to return to Philippines.
