I think he jumps in about 3 to 4 hrs..
I've been keeping my eye to this all day.
Very exciting.
There's been a huge amount of planning, but still very many unknowns, especially when he himself breaks the sound barrier.
I have to admire his self-confidence and motivation. Great
yes me to, the guy is , 2 people have already died trying
good luck to him
He breaks the sound barrier in relation to where we are on the planet but not if you compare it to the amount of mass he's passing through .... kinda cheating if you ask me .... I reckon he should try wing walking on Concorde

Postponed again due to wind conditions.
It was reported that the launch is the most dangerous part of the project
Really
Seems they will try again thursday.
Will observe with great interest, hope he survives and good luck to him!
wow just watch it, what speeds he was doing amazing
Woweeeeee
Looks like I may have missed it Bah!!!
I can't find anything.
C'mon someone show me the way?
Just watched it, was pretty impressive. I was at the penultimate shuttle launch in Titusville last year, and reminded me how impressive and in some ways crude space travel is.

Google Exec Breaks Felix Baumgartner's Space Jump World Record
http://www.nytimes.com/2014/10/25/sc...re-iphone&_r=0
No wonder we hadn't heard about it.Mr. Eustace was carried aloft without the aid of the sophisticated capsule used by Mr. Baumgartner or millions of dollars in sponsorship money. Instead, Mr. Eustace planned his jump in secrecy, working for almost three years with a small group of technologists skilled in spacesuit design, life-support systems, and parachute and balloon technology.
He carried modest GoPro cameras aloft, connected to his ground-control center by an off-the-shelf radio.
Nice find joe, very interesting.
He certainly has some guts to keep things as simple as he did. Just dangling from a helium balloon
The things people do to get at the top of the search results
