really looking forward to my xmas break, i think its just about 2 weeks but with Ems work maybe i will be alone most of that time, but hey ho londons calling on the 20th this month

not yet.didnt check either..i though it need for few months or even years before you could avail for paid hol work

I don't think so Moy. I was in an agency before and I have 1 day off work with pay every month. I didn't use it and then after 3 months company told me that I will have my contract soon. The agency let me file my holiday before my contract arrived so it will not be forfeited.
