I think the embassy will need to look at the pattern of your incoming & outgoing money. So bank statement is a must.

bank statement is the requirements not the bank certificate...
To give you the best chance, you must be compliant with UKBA requirements.
As I'm sure you already know by now, you must provide as many relevant documents as you can.
It's really comes down to personal circumstances but you must consider which documents should contain:-
- information about you
- information about your finances and employment
- your accommodation and travel details
- information about your visit to the UK
Now, turning to your specific question of finances and bank information.
As others have said, you need to provide evidence of your cash flow. This really means bank statements going back over a period of several months.
Bank certificates may be useful but will not convince the ECO
You should seriously be considering supporting your application with the following documents:-
- if you are employed, a letter from your employer granting leave of absence from your job for a specified period - the letter should also say how long you have been employed by that employer, in what job(s), and when you are expected back at work
- if you are self-employed, evidence of your business activities and financial standing
- evidence of any property you own in your home country
- if you are a student, a letter from your school or college stating the course you are on, its start and finish dates, and the dates of the holiday period when you intend to visit the United Kingdom
- evidence of any family or social ties and responsibilities to return home to
- evidence of any firm travel plans you have made
- bank statements going back over a period of several months
- evidence of savings/funds available to you during your stay
- evidence you can financially maintain and accommodate yourself in the UK with or without ass
Don't forget your sponsor can be a vital ingredient.
Here is a listing of typical supporting documents the sponsor should provide:-
- 6 months Bank statements
- 6 months pay slips
- Proff of address (eg utility bill, Council Tax etc)
- Accommodation details (including owner's agreement / rental agreement)
- Sponsors passport copy (Photo page, any relevante and stamping page)
- P60 (if available)
- The main reasons for wanting the applicant to travel at the specific time
As I keep banging on about the first and foremost thing that you need to keep in mind when applying for a visa for UK, is that you should have an intention to return to your home country. Have a well thought out travel plan. Date of Travel, duration of stay and reasons for travelling.
And absolutely KEY, reasons to return home.
UKBA places this burden of proof on you the applicant.
The ECO must be satisfied that you have strong social, economic and family ties back home in the Philippines, that WILL compel you to leave the UK at the end of your temporary stay.
To be honest, this will always be more difficult to establish if there are strong romantic connections between you and your sponsor but weak connections bewteen you and your home country.
Having said that, the finacial risk is very small.
Just go for it with your very best shot.

Sir Terpe, I am working full time online but our office right now is closed at Bulacan since last August because of misunderstanding of the staff. Our boss is in Canada(Canadian Citizen). All the business documents like DTI registrations, business permit and etc is in one of the staff but I can have it to show to the ECO staff because we are going to move the office here in Cebu next year. It depends how the ECO views the employment in terms of the visa.
Anything that supports the probability you will return home is helpful.
You already understand the key requirements for securing a visit visa. Just do your best to comply and convince the ECO that your trip is financially supported and that you will return.
Approval or refusal of Visit (tourist) visa applications is principally based on the discretion of the ECO based on the 'application case' you put forward.
There are no absolute specifics to meet.

I'm planning to have business also. Does ECO will base how much is the capital of the business?Can I apply immediately for the visa after the registration of the business?
Anything you do just prior to submitting your visa application such as those you've suggested will (at best) likely not be viewed as being major positive contributing factors.
