From the same source (harder than predicting the weather):
"The Apennines, the belt of mountains that runs down through the centre of Italy, is riddled with faults, and the "Eagle" city of L'Aquila has been hammered time and time again by earthquakes. Its glorious old buildings have had to be patched up and re-built on numerous occasions.
This is just plain crazy!

...When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible...
Maybe Michael Fish should have been locked up, all those years ago, by the same kind of thinking?
This is absolutely ridiculous.
The Italian judiciary have shown themselves to a a bunch of total imbeciles. The Earthquake was a tradegy, but to blame the scientists is just crazy.
Next time there is seismic activity in Italy, hopefully the government will get the scientific advice that they deserve: none.
Idiots.
