At least it's good to see some growth for a change but I think it's a bit premature to say the recession is over. Lets see how the next quarter goes.
As for Debenhams 1700 jobs, I wouldn't be getting to excited as The Telegraph ran an article last week saying retail chains were closing 32 shops per week since June which of course included the Olympic period when we were led to believe that tourists would be throwing their money all over London.
