Renewal of Passport

Hello FilipinoUK,

My Phils' passport will expire in July 2013. I wonder if when should I renew/apply? and where?, and is it possible to change my passport to my new name because I just got married last January 2012? What are the requirements needed.

any plans of travelling anywhere?? .. i would renew my passport approximately 6months before it expires regardless i would change my status etc...
