Nice pics aprilmaejon - where's the hotel/river ?
Those are very lovely photos aprilmaejon!! I love your dress, very elegant and timeless! and your hubby looks like a younger James Bond!
This wife.. has an amazing husband.
Here are some of photos of that uber special day. It was an intimate laid back DIY wedding, made possible by our amazing close friends and family, who became instant wedding planners, florists, decorators, hosts, make-up artists and witnesses to the love spreading all over the place. It was the busiest 2 weeks of our lives, not to mention that Steve and I went awol for the backpacking and basking under the sun made me look like an African Queen on our very special day but who cares? I'm now married to a wonderful man.
his reaction when the photographer said, "okay you may kiss the bride, no tongue!" and he said, "SHE'S MY WIFE, NO TONGUE?!!!"
and here's our same day edit video,

Thanks Filipinadiver. I don't want to sound arrogant but everyone who see my wedding pics said that my dress was elegant or classy... That day before I went inside the hotel where the reception was, there were a group of women(more or less 15) who did asked me to come closer to them and show them my dress. They all loved it!...not to mention I only bought it from eBay for £79.
Thanks for the compliments though. :-)

Those dresses become even better value if you happen to need to wear one again....Never say never
You all look great by the way
great pictures - thanks for sharing....
Wedding dresses here in the UK are b***** expensive! I remember when me and my mother-in-law went to a wedding boutique to try on their dresses, one I tried was so plain and simple and the price was £1000! I can't afford to wear a dress for such a price to be worn for less than a day. It's not practical, isn't it?
I don't understand women here who spend more than that here for just a wedding dress, it is ridiculous.
I am happy with my £79 dress from eBay, everytime people ask me about the dress, I am always proud to tell them where I got it and how much it cost...
But they said, IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHO WEAR THE DRESS AND HOW SHE CARRY IT....
Aren't we practical girls?
