I see the UK judges have pulled up Apple again for dragging out what the have been told to do, and now have to pay all of Samsung's costs. The judges said in a polite way that Apple are taking the piss!!!

On top of that the judges clearly stated to Apple that in no country on this planet have they won a case that supports them with regard to the design & shape of the Ipads, including the the USA. As apple tried to make it sound as they though had with the statement they published on apple.com

Shares down, people leaving, innovation stopping, market share down ..... give it a few years and they'll be bought out by Microsoft who basically own them anyway.
