It reminds me of Thorndike's Law of Effect as well as B.F. Skinner's Positive Reinforcement Theory. The more you are given reputation comments for a job well done, the more you wanted to post and help those in need.

Exactly! Its nice to help others though by your own experiences. It also nice to know that you were part of their success and them thanking you is worth the time you spent on advising. The best bit is when they arrived and get reunited with their love ones.

As long as I got lil bits of infos, ideas, tips and suggestion that might help our fellow members then this forum can always count on me.

I'd hoped I would get Freud, but looking back Skinner was good for me and has stayed with me for many years.
