    Post Visa update

    Hi everyone! I received the email saying, "visa will be despatched shortly..." Super happy but i know i cant really celebrate until i get hold of my passport. However, the weird thing about is i didnt receive a text yet. Ive received the email 2hrs ago and no text up to now. I also tracked the application through vfs online and status is still "being processed.."

    I'll post again once the passport is in my hand. But me and my asawa would like to thank in advance to everyone who help, posting and answering the question we have. Without this forum, we could have gotten a full service of an immigration specialist. Thank you very mch!

    I strongly believe that you got it granted but dont rejoice yet. Wait till your passport and visa is on your hands. Congratulations in advance, Love!

    Reminder: Do not forget the CFO stuffs, you need that before leaving Philippines.

    I know it's very stressful waiting everyday for an update of our application am also the same I just recently applied for an EEA Family permit last Oct. 17 and still waiting am hoping that tomorrow there is an update... So happy for you!! time to celebrate.. yohooOO xx

    Technically to be 100% sure your wife will need to hold the passport and see the visa, but I've not known that message to be sent in error.

    Just to let you know my wife got her visa granted early hours of this morning (uk time) after getting a email saying "processed visa application will be endorsed to courier......" 24 hrs earlier...so hopefully you wont have to wait much longer now

    Yes. Seems that is how the UKBA and VFS work. But great news.

    I received the email and text from vfs just after 12nn today saying it is ready for collection. Im going to pickup the documents on monday.

    Hi everyone! Ive finally got my visa! I went to vfs last friday to pickup my documents. And also done with my cfo sticker yesterday. Everything is all set. My husband has booked my ticket with malaysia airline for wednesday flight! Im really excited to see my husband!

    Congratz Mrs. P you got your visa..just want to know the list of supporting documents that you submitted to the UKBA and the cover letter if you have coz im going to apply spouse visa after i got my english exam..thank u..Again congrats...I am happy for both of you
