    Man electrocuted in Tunbridge Wells Marks and Spencer

    A man was electrocuted in the Tunbridge Wells branch of Marks and Spencer as customers did their Saturday afternoon shopping in the store.

    I did an apprenticeship as an electrician (when i was 15) many years ago. They used to show us lots of gruesome pictures of people that had electric shocks. Very nasty! initially you would see a slight burn mark where the current went in and similar where it left. Then they show you the same person 3 weeks later where gangrene has set in and the shows where the current follows the water courses through your body. Very very nasty.

    Anyone who ever has an electric shock...Always get yourself checked by a doctor quickly (as i am sure doc Alan will confirm).

    Just reading about that on the BBC. Apparently his next of kin have not yet been informed. Very sad.
