    I just love mung beans, especially when beansprouts are added.
    The taste is wonderful.

    I also love batchoy

    It's interesting how such a hot country as Philippines developed these hot heartwarming and filling soupy dishes. Much more at home here in cold miserable UK

    I made sinigang na manok last Saturday again. A whole big wok and big saucepan full all for me!

    Oh I forgot to mention that I decided to add some celery too.

    I meant just the snake beans took longer to cook, not the other veggies.

    Trouble is the more different veggies you add, the more volume it makes!
