Exactly. This was not his 1st time so he will always be a danger. 7 years for doing something that has damaged that boy for life. Some of these judges need a lethal injection

i was listening to radio lincoln about this guy who absconded /didnt return to open prison after day release he has a string of offences to children and adults and he has done more since been on the run why do they put this guy in open prison and let him out with his record of offences it nuts they should be locked away till they die or castright them which evers the most painful
