my husband loves my hair, he never thought that I dyed it black, my normal hair color is dark brown and when the sun shine goes through it, it looks like red. Some women loves to color their black hair to different color, mine love it black.. but times goes it go back again to normal color. It's cheap when you do it by yourself but for a good result rather go to the expert.
