Just remember Steve, in Philippines they use a lot of chemicals in the hair products that are banned in europe, no Health & Safety!

The salon I usually go to in the Philippines (First Aid/Fix Salon in Greenbelt 3 Makati), they use L'Oreal and Kerastase products..same as the ones sold here in the UK.Originally Posted by Michael Parnham
