    Talking EEA family permit decision

    Hi everyone,

I just want you to know that I am the one who recently applied for an EEA family permit last October 17, 2012. Just today I got an email from the UKBA Manila Visa Hub. This is the e-mail

''Your visa will be despatched shortly. Passports can normally be collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 days. Applicants in Australia and New Zealand should allow 3 days before tracking their documents via the local post. UKBA-Manila Visa Hub''

Does it really mean that I have my visa?
My husband wants to book a flight asap but I said no to him as I am scared that it might take awhile for me to get a cfo seminar.

    Please help

    thanks a lot xx

its very difficult for the embassy to refuse a EEA family permit. the only grounds really are if they think its a marriage of convenience, so i'm 99% sure you will get your visa

I mean the visa category has vip premium and other is prime time appointment which is u need to be on the queue but when I select the prime time it said no available date and when i checked the VFS site it says no prime time is available in cebu thats why i bet u used the vip since prime time is not available here.

I am very sure that I did not choose the VIP Premium as for me its too expensive hehe so I chose the ''others''. May I know what date did you chose? Remember they don't have weekends.

    good luck!
