They probably wouldn't allow it on the plane cos of the chemicals used...but easy enough (and cheap) to buy in the Phils.

i was thinking along the lines of a shopping bag you can get from freezer shops to carry home frozen goods, its a plastic, like a bubble wrap lining, no chemicals, just delays thawing, so in theory should insulate the contents from external heat
