Ok I have another suggestion for government.
Instead of trying to limit immigration - which may or may not be a good thing, many people who come here love the place, love our values and want to work their backsides off to make a better life for themselves.
Instead of stopping them - how about encouraging outward migration. I suggest we especially target certain groups - ones who think our benefit system is the "free bank", whose only contribution is to the crime and birth rate, and who seem to have a problem with our free secular society?
