well it had to happen, i think i have man flu, just feel knackered, and cant do anything,headache, stiff neck, what is happening to me, plus my tooth is loose, awaiting the dentish but may have to call them for a early visit if i can get in,is this called old age

lemon and water is ok hate whisky, so may end up just with orange squash

i swear by beachams powders , fresh lemmons squezzed put in jug add some barly , pour in hot water leave overnight pour juice into mug and re heat, + a couple beachems powders
