    got job

I arrived here Sept 26 and everything changed for me.Hubby works at night and most of the days im alone coz he's sleeping tho i keep myself busy with house works and books i really wanted to start working to earn some and keep me occupied so i ask him if it will be possible to work in the company where he worked and luckily for me there were vacancies so even if i dont have work experience in food production i still submit my cv then after 2 weeks i had my interview then another week for my work literacy exam and then today i start my job induction...i am sooooooo happy coz x'mas is coming soon and it means i can afford to buy present for my husband and i can spend my own money...what's more good about it is both of us working at night and same department just hope he will not be my boss there

BREAKING NEWS: Men hiding in lorry arrested

Spalding police have arrested six men on suspicion of being illegal immigrants.

The arrests were made at 2pm this afternoon (Wednesday) outside the Texaco service station next to McDonald’s in Holbeach Road.

A spokesman for the police said the men were found inside the lorry and taken to the custody suite in Boston to be interviewed by officials from the UK Border Agency.

Who informed police and how the men came to be in the lorry is not yet known.
