i see! i take ielts but my score in reading is 3.5 gggrrr!! its just 5 points to make it 4.0!! now i cant move on!!

well you have to move on and start practising again. Youll be alright.

I havent heard of any news about changing the minimum passing score next year but keep on checking.

You might as well take the test before the year ends if your worried of any changes in future, only so if you are ready enough.
