    EEA FP Unmarried Partner appoved

I just wanted to share our experience applying as unmarried partner under EEA.
We applied at the Cebu VFS office on October 25th.
We got the usual email/texts from VFS ("Your application is under process ate the BHC").

After about 10 working days we got an email from the embassy to clarify our travel dates, as we indicated in the original application, that we would like to travel in March, which was more then 3 month from the processing date.
We replied that we would rather like to travel in February.

Yesterday, we received the "Your Visa will be despatched shortly" email.
I collected the EEA FP today, valid for 6 month, starting February.

Overall, I think the UKBA is doing an excellent job. I am very impressed with the lack of red tape or bureaucracy for EEA Family Permits.

You're going for an EEA Family Permit ?

Peter was very lucky to be granted. It's not often that un married partner Family Permits are approved.
