Hi Pie, I used Metrobank E-banking before..it's good but you have to wait for 3 days clearance of payments. I'm using BDO in paying bills now as it does the payments the same day. About Pag-ibig housing loan or any other loans in the Philippines, I asked my mom to do the payments and I just make sure I put money on my BDO Account/Allied bank account so payments would be cleared.
