We are only allow to do the online application for visa in the Philippines My wife and I are trying to find the 2nd part of our vias application form.

We are going to take a chance and do it oouselves
But we need your guide to where to find the 2nd part.

We have already started on the 1st part of our online visa application form. PERSONAL DETAILS FORM (VAF4A AUGUST 2012)
FAMILY SETTLEMENT APPLICATION FORM We found the online version of this one above.

I could only find the printout version of this application form. We are having a problem trying to find the online version of this form listed above here.,It's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Time is running out fast and we have to move on with this and try to get Olivia home here for Xmas.

It is funny how things come to you as you go along in life, they come up just when you have finish the last part of your work or what ever it is that has to be done..

I have found the correct page myself just now.

That one you showed me on here is still the only printed version,which is not useful me on this visa application..

Bu I do like your responce very much and I hope that next time I will need help, you will be around?
