I had that at the end of my first year of employment back in 1980. A 13th months pay, then they stopped it the following year. It was an American company. I had actually forgotten about that until you just mentioned it.Originally Posted by raynaputi

Funnily enough, the same year they gave me a 1000 USD advance loan and never did ask for it back.
