one brave guy, but he did have a gun and 300 rounds and no one is above the law , a suspended sentence i think is right because of his military record, good he is free ...

Hurray to common sense an absolute disgrace this brave man was jailed in the first place, surely his medical condition through brain injury should of been considered I find now that his lawyers will have a field day exonerating him from even this 12 month suspended sentence through this guys amnesia watch this space...
