An absolute shower however the Head Honchos continue to be grossly overpaid, collect their non performance bonuses and enjoy long holidays and sick leave

I agree with Dedworth...which should be no surprise.
Members of this forum are right to be angry though, as these constant UKBA -ups directly affect attitudes and policies towards immigration generally...resulting in unfair treatment of the honest and genuine.
And it costs a lot of money.
